CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

To whom and for what purposes the processed personal data can be transferred

In order to fulfill the purposes described in Article 2 of this Clarification Text, your collected personal data may be transferred to the relevant public institutions, independent audit firms, relevant courts in case of dispute; Financial and Legal Consultants, domestic and foreign third parties in order to send Bulk E-mails, etc. in their capacity as service providers.

Your Financial Data (Your credit card information and other information and data) are not collected, stored, processed and used by our Company. Your personal data may be processed and transferred by or through the Company by automatic or non-automatic means for the purposes specified in Articles 2 and 3 of this Clarification Text within the scope of the performance of the contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, the legal obligation of the data controller and the publicization of the data by the data subject himself/herself for the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

Rights of the Personal Data Owner

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, our real person members and employees/authorized persons of our legal entity members whose personal data are processed may apply to the Company and make requests regarding the following issues

to request information if their personal data has been processed;

to learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used by us in accordance with these purposes;

to learn the third parties to whom his/her personal data is transferred domestically or abroad;

to request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing;

to request the deletion or destruction or anonymization of personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear;

in these cases or in case of correction, to request that these be notified to third parties to whom data is transferred;

In the event that a damage is incurred due to processing in violation of the Law, to demand the compensation of this damage.

Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
